Guys, is there something just as good and a little cheaper out there that is similar to muck boots?

Muck boots do not hold up. Try extratuff, I'm going on 2 years w/no leaks.

I wear a pair of Dry Shod boots about every day and they are at least 2 years old if not 3. Muck’s are a joke compared to Dry Shod when it comes to longevity. Better price also.

I switched to Dryshods over a year ago, Xtratuffs are not anymore.
Ive been using the 12" Hogwash daily on the boat, and the 6" Sod buster for everywhere else.. Friend of mine likes the knockoffs from Tractor Supply.

I’ve been wearing the dry shod haymaker tall. I’ve worn them everyday for 6 months and had them on doing all kinds of work when I should have switched to leather boots. Chainsawing Russian olive trees and hanging barbed wire fences for example. They have held up the best so far. Waded through a creek yesterday almost to the tops and I was surprised still no leaks. What mucks used to be maybe better.

I really like the Noble boots I have. Mine are the Taskmasters and have held up great for the past two years.

I have done that too, year as a matter of fact. Even gave a pair to my neighbor. Man I miss him.

I bought a pair of Tidewe boots….didn’t like them. Thinner neoprene and zero support at ankles.

I buy the cheap plain rubber ones from Walmart or tractor supply. I step on too many nails and thorns and such and poke holes in them too often to buy nice ones.
