The wolf fangs were a significant improvement from the spears. Used one WF and cut off all of my spears. If you ever used spears, you know what the problem was with them. I have about 200 sitting around if someone wants to trade WF for the spears, esp WCS WF (made somewhat thicker).

If you have pure sand like play sand I would go with sickle sections. If your talking sandy soil , they work great. You can re use them as many times as you want to pull or dig them up . The cable may only last a couple years depending on your soil.

You can cross stake with them In sandy conditions..

I'm in pure sand. Wolffangs work great in sand. I use 15in of cable with zero problems. I've never had one even close to being pulled by a critter. Plus you can clip and go without leaving a lot of money in the ground. Haven't bought cable for a while, but the last ones I made cost around .65 a piece.l to
