Yep all that make believe stock market money at it's lethal best ........ Big hedge funds managers and investors have cashed out because of the volatility and are buying up housing. Renting it out and sending prices thru the roof so to speak....

The whole hosing and lumber pricing seems pretty nuts to me.....so many folks struggling and others fighting one another to pay huge amounts for a house.. inflation out of control to the extreme and no changes in sight...a 2x4 that was $2 is $8? It is all just crazy and people seem to be taking it in stride....as the 'new norm'...I think something has got to break anytime now. But I am no expert on those type of things.
Not to mention we have mutt&jeff in the top two positions of the US government and they are a complete embarrassment. Even saudi state media ran a skit making fun of them..
Must be awfully short lengths of 2X4 you is pricing Marty. Just picked up some #2 form lumber and 16 ft 2X4 was $27. The crazier part is that folks are still building houses with these lumber prices.
