Big hedge funds managers and investors have cashed out because of the volatility and are buying up housing. Renting it out and sending prices thru the roof so to speak.... They are banging up homes as fast as they can build them here. The people trying to buy a house are happy if they win the bidding war amongst a dozen other people.
