Yep all that make believe stock market money at it's lethal best ........ Big hedge funds managers and investors have cashed out because of the volatility and are buying up housing. Renting it out and sending prices thru the roof so to speak....

Must be awfully short lengths of 2X4 you is pricing Marty. Just picked up some #2 form lumber and 16 ft 2X4 was $27. crazy The crazier part is that folks are still building houses with these lumber prices.

My ex listed her house the other day without any pics. She has 8 showings scheduled already.

They are banging up homes as fast as they can build them here. The people trying to buy a house are happy if they win the bidding war amongst a dozen other people.

In parts of Fairfax and the surrounding area, there are people that would buy that in a second just to demolish it and build a 2 million dollar house on the lot.
