Any prediction on what the housing market will be 6 Months from now, with talk of serious interest rate increases, and what effect will rising inflation do to the price of a house when you want to sell it 6 months from now ?

I think hose who are buying now will regret it in the near future. Rent for a while and see if it goes down

I honestly feel bad for the young people of America right now. Aside from the societal stuff going on right now, how does a young person afford a house anywhere near the cities nowadays? They are banging them up as fast as they can build them here locally and a line of people waiting for one. the cheap ones start in the 400s. It's nuts.

The interest rates you guys are talking about are so foreign to me it's like your speaking Spanish or coonman, it just blows my mind to think of double digit interest rates. What did the values of recreational land do during high interest rates?

Just across the pond here in Florida they just finished 13 big apartment buildings that were started February of 2021. People are moving in as the painters are moving out. Crazy indeed.
