I am hearing that the white house will allow protesters to actively protest at scotus justices homes...now we need a large group to ID these protesters and then go and protest at their homes...

The whole thing is all about intimidation.....antifa, blm and other groups....need to be held to account for their actions.

I would think many of the anti intimidation laws that deal with illegally attempting to influence legal decisions, would make protesting at a justice's house illegal.

They are guarded by U.S. Marshals . I doubt they get on private property or block vehicles without a fed going upside their head. Peaceful protest on public property or right of ways is one of the things justices are supposed to protect. Biden doesn't have the constitutional authority to stop it.

I imagine they discussed this in order to encourage people to go to the homes of the justices and protest....I Imagine the justices have some type of protection detail.

But they can encourage it...

An activist organization called "Ruth Sent Us" — a reference to former Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg — published the apparent home addresses of Justices Amy Coney Barrett, John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch, and encouraged peaceful demonstrations.

"Our 6-3 extremist Supreme Court routinely issues rulings that hurt women, racial minorities, LGBTQ+ and immigrant rights," the group's website read. "We must rise up to force accountability using a diversity of tactics."

"The president, for all those women, men, others who feel outraged, who feel scared, who feel concerned, he hears them, he shares that concern and that horror that he saw in that draft opinion," Psaki said.

Biden's message directly to anyone feeling outraged "is participating in peaceful protest," Psaki said.

I can see just fine. If your going to say the people who entered the capital were exorcising their right to assemble peacefully, you have to extend that right to people protesting judges. I am aware that conservative points of view are under attack. That doesn't make shutting down the speech of communists a good idea.

go and block pelosi's driveway with protesters and see how it goes for you and I believe the libs made trouble for conservative protesters who never went inside the capital building...

I have no doubt that some on the left are hoping that those conservative Supreme Court Justices now get assassinated, so that Biden can put liberals in the court. I suspect that was in large part why those addresses were released by the group that did it.
