The muskies are spawning on the Fox River in Green Bay, WI. I am down there whenever I have some free time. Saw 9 muskies spawning yesterday and ran across two floaters. The small one was 45" and this giant was pushing 54". They made it to the spawn one last time.

Get it stuffed.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

It was heavy but I didn't have a scale.

They lay there eggs in rocky areas with current. Once they are done they head back out into Green Bay. Similar to walleyes.

How much did it weigh? B4 or after spawning, on a female that size that is several lbs.

It is only the matter of time that SELFIE Fish Holding Sticks will be on the market with fake finger tips going around the fish.
Just for those pictures

So when you guys catch monster fish you want to take a picture of you hold them behind you? You do what you can to make them look smaller? Got any pics?

Eh ..... naw.
How about beside you .... same distance from the camera. You know, for an actual comparison. But, you could have your toddler hold it smile

Several of the well known musky guides were midget people. Joe Bucher and the late Tony Rizzo come to mind. Any fish held up by those 2 guys looked like a monster. LOL
