I'm not taking it back either. If you will notice I didn't get a timeline, I believe I had said once that it wouldn't surprise me if it did by the end of last year. That is not a prediction, just an observation.
I have given you several examples of earlier times that bitcoin has dropped a higher percentage than it has currently yet it seems to go right over your head. I imagine you only look at the dollar drop and not percentages. Percentages are all that matter.
I'll lay it out one more time for your small mind. Bitcoin topped set a high of over 19,000 dollars a few years before this big run up then down to 3500 ish. What did you blame that drop on?

PS did you actually read the link you posted. In it Powell was speaking about stablecoins, not all crypto. BTC isn't a stablecoin, it's a digital asset. Big difference.
PSS Russia announced yesterday they are considering allowing crypto for international payments. That is a development to keep an eye on.
