I think coonman's gonna need a bigger boat!

On the subject of temp agencies I know for a fact that it isn't that much difference at Prairie Farms in Luana IA. Manpower pays their workers about $18.50 and PF pays $20.15 to start and I think it goes to $20.65 after 90 days so it's only about $2 an hour.

I know for a fact, the ones my wife hired from Sedona made $10 per hour and her company paid Sedona $15 per hour. Contract was 500 hours for that person. You could hire them fulltime after that or pay off what is left of the contract. If the workers sucked, you didn't have to bring them back and you paid no benefits. This was 2 years ago. Of the temp help, none were worthy of a fulltime hire with the people they send, many reasons if you can guess?????

I do just as much as others an lot more work, some just like to say temp to pick on them because name to, it means nothing, all depends on person, there are temps that go out work an put someone work at job for years to she, it just way factories are, many real crappy places work at an ones work there the same, there are ppll work in them I hate an wish the absolute worse for them, I see them an think, wow I wish he wre k out way work an never be here again

A lot of times it may not be the work but the employees attitude. You know their out look on life and if they are positive and up beat.

Attitudes are contagious and no one likes being around someone that is always negative and down and out.

At some point maybe you should wonder if it's everyone else in the world or maybe it actually has something to to with you?

If you were upset about people supposedly sending your comments to where you work, you should be very concerned they don't send the comments you just made.

Like a lot of things in life, jobs are what you make of them. If you are tired of being upset about something all the time, then make the changes in your life to correct those things. You can do better for yourself Dave.
