Beef stew, cream of broccoli soup and strawberry shortcake.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

No photos, but my Bride had me whip up one of her favorite suppers.....Lasagna and Baked Asparagus.....made by chopping up fresh Asparagus into bite sized chunks, coating a shallow pan with olive oil (not too much!), putting the Asparagus in the pan and dusting it heavy with parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. I make the Lasagna with layers of noodle, cottage cheese that has eggs and parmesan cheese in it, sausage patties, prego or equivalent spaghetti sauce, repeat till the pan is full, sprinkle mozzarella on it and bake for 1 hour. It is excellent, and very likely a great health food! I may have to let my belt out a bit this evening.........

Venison summer sausage sandwich. Wash it down with a large glass of milk.

Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.
