I know yall are probably tired my prayers for alexys please threads but I was just notified that she tested positive for covid this morning.
She's been experiencing mild symptoms but they're somewhat concerned because she has a history if pneumonia and Asthma.
It's funny how she hasn't had the ashot but we've been able to avoid covid until now.
She quarantined and will be tested again in 5 days.
Thank you all

I think the virus is a little more benign than the earlier versions. She hopefully will be just fine.

This version clogged up my sinuses way more than the version I had 1.5 years ago. After day 6 of symptoms, my sinuses have yet to open completely. Last time this wasnt an issue. Other than that...both times 4 me have been like a sinus infection.
Cathryn, I hope all goes well and she gets thru this quickly.

I wouldn't be too worried. Both of my parents and my step dad caught it. All three were high to very high risk, and none even needed to go to the hospital. She'll be okay.

Cathryn, I hope all goes well and she gets thru this quickly. It looks like each subsequent strain is getting more benign. My boss is "down" with it right now. He thought it was allergies from everyone mowing/harvesting... Just sinus drainage. No fever or cough. And just enough to be annoying. He said he wouldn't have known but he got tested after his daughters tested positive. Mike
