Buddy called me and said he was having a little cook out and wanted to know if I'd be the designated chicken fryer do t know how I should feel about this but apparently I'm the only one allowed to fry chicken at his place

O just regular veggie oil. Idk what I do that so good. Just cut everything sections wash em , toss them veything in a bag season the tar out of it with Tony's the. Toss ten to 12 pieces in a bag with all purpose flour shake real really well , get you oil nice and hot and just toss em in.

Yea one reason is the smell of that stuff cooking will drive you crazy. Just looking at it you sir know how to fry chicken . !!! It's all in the prep and when to get it out . That can't be taught it comes from instinct and doing it several times.

Yeah so what happened wassssss Well he tell me to come over to have a beer, I asked different he had something to eat. He says yeah we'll get some KFC. I told him with a long list of profanities to not do that just use the money and buy me the chicken and I'll cook it. Son guns says

So I get there have .....a few drinks.. and I wake up the next day I walk out to my car and I see this propane setup and I'm like " man that looks alot like my stuff . )
Walk in the house to take a shower and eveyone is getting up talking about
" Dude that was the BEST chicken ever !"
And I'm still confused till I remember " oooooo I did cook chicken didn't I ! " Then I noticed all the empty bottles and yeaahhhhh,
Buddy woke up and said " your the only one allowed to ever cook fried chicken in my property again !"
