I suspect that its going to require a law suit and another 2-3 years before these are found unconstitutional.
The left is good at purposely making laws that they know are unconstitutional.
Until our educational system gets a serious flushing this stuff will only get worse. Yep, they'll keep coming. I think the crux is, holding people accountable for their actions. How though could it be unconstitutional to make up a law that is knowingly and purposely, unconstitutional?
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

As long as there are zero consequences for breaking their oath of office knowingly this nonsense will only get worse. Once ya hang half a dozen of those traitors, it would stop in the blink of an eye ..... not holding my breath on that one though

The left is good at purposely making laws that they know are unconstitutional.. that's why I've advocated for a law that says if a congress critter votes for any legislation that is later deemed to be unconstitutional (in part or in whole!); they will immediately lose their seat, forfeit their pension and be forbidden from holding elective office again.

I like to watch Investigation Discovery. It's amazing how many felons own firearms and commit crimes with them. They account for many of the crimes committed with a firearm.

The bad part is that it is almost impossible to get a felon in possession prosecuted unless there is an accompanying violent crime which I thought the felon in possession law was passed to prevent. There is no logical reason for the rash of gun laws that have been shoved down our throats. If they would deal with the offenders rather than trying to legislate an inanimate object it would solve the problem. The way it is the only people who suffer from these laws is people who are law abiding in the first place so it is an unnecessary law. Why should I be penalized because some prosecutor and judge decided that though this person has 96 prior arrests and convictions that this time will be different and they are changed and pose no threat to anyone so probation is the best punishment for them. Cops just killed a guy in Louisville. Was from Tennessee stole a car and shot t and wounded a cop down there. Ditched the car stole another ended up In Louisville. Don't know why he got on their radar but he ended up dead after shooting at cops. He was on bail from other shooting incidents when he did this. Good outcome but should have never have been able to happen.

Criminals are not much of a problem for politicians. An armed populous, with righteous anger at the politicians for trampling their rights and robbing them blind, is a tremendous problem for politicians. Keith

True, I have read that there are 60 million gun owners in the United States, I don't know how accurate that is but assuming it is and that just 10 percent of them say enough is enough and decide to do something that is 6 million people that would be a real problem for the persons sparking the ire. I would hope that it doesn't come to violence but I think it is more likely now than anytime since the Civil War, tough times are ahead I believe. Gun ownership is over 80 million. Those 80 million own approximately 400 million guns. Seems some people need to pick up the pace of purchasing lol.
