Look at the balls up the Russians are doing in the Ukraine. They are sticking to the roads there as their cheap chinese tires tend to pop when venturing through anything else than a cold course. Last I looked , there aint that many roads in the area where the US and Russia are near each other. They would not make it to their own border, let alone come across the straights.
