Anyone who thinks that the government doesn't track citizens' firearms purchases is a fool, in my opinion.

The title is complete bs. That wasnt bullying. Just like there are extreme leftists who twist the narrative to their liking, there are extreme right wingers who use false narratives as well. One of the exceptions to the 4th amendment is consent, and thats what they were doing. I agree it’s a giant waste of time for 3 cops to roll around doing this, but no rights were violated as this podcast dude eludes to. And if this guy thought he uncovered some huge gun registry conspiracy, well, sorry to burst his bubble.

Not surprised that there is a federal gun registry as you know as well as I do that the information you filled out when purchasing a firearm at an FFL is not destroyed. This is a perfect example of the dragnet that can occur when your 4th Amendmaent rights are trampled. Keep your head on a swivel!

I would never have shown them anything unless I had a lawyer to consult. You don’t volunteer anything about your firearms. These agents were looking to find something wrong, that is their job and the reason they were there. The agents sweet talking the guy was all B.S.

You can tell from the video that the ATF agents were doing a check, that they have done so many times, without incident, that they are getting very sloppy about watching for danger.

Because i dont agree with the title and what this podcaster is suggesting? They didnt force there way in, they didnt need a warrant to ask. Hes an idiot for complying with them. It’s called having an understanding of the law, thinking for yourself, and not adhering to whatever crap is thrown out no matter the political affiliation. The fact is the title is misleading. I like how he adds in “they appear to be wearing some sort of tactical vest and have sidearms”. Brilliant observation-thwyre cops. Sounds like stuff a liberal newscaster would say. But follow whatever to fit your agenda.

The more I think about this the madder I get. Three government thugs show up at the door asking to see your guns. I like the good cop-bad cop routine too.

The guy should have told them to pound sand once they said he did nothing wrong.

That said, they ain’t coming for guns like that. They are going to wake you up 1 o’clock in the morning telling you a train derailed in the area you have to evacuate. Once you’re evacuated they’ll go through your house and collect firearms and ammo.

Guess that’s the good thing about living in a small town. ATF shows up with a Trooper then I’d probably know the trooper and if I didn’t I’d call our Sheriff to come take care of the situation.
Now not saying it couldn’t ever happen down here, but there’d be a lot of bodies lying in the yard if it did.
