I'm at 150k on my 2018. I can't afford to be on the side of the road with my job. The starter I replaced at 100k gave me a warning and never left me sit. I replaced brakes for the first time at 130k. So far, I'm a believer, lol. I replaced a wheel bearing with the brakes on the recommendation of the shop. Otherwise, tires and oil changes is it for the first 150k.

Had a 1996 Tacoma, ball joint came out at 320k about 3mile off the rd in some ruff stuff.
Have a 99 Tacoma ball joint came out around 245k in a parking lot luckily.
Had upper an lower replaced on both sides each time
