Just got my coyote hides back from the tannery and am really impressed with the quality and softness of them. I'm thinking about trying to tan some hides myself but these were my first coyotes, so I didn't want to mess them up. Do you guys know any ways to get the ears straightened out better? Also, any cool display ideas?[Linked Image]

Soak the ears in some warm water until they soften back up them hold them in place with clothes pins as they dry

If I can make it myself, I will!

Grab now, grade later.
