I watch his show almost every night but I get paid to observe things and figure out patterns so it can bleed over into my personal time. How many guys do you know that wear slip on penny loafers? But hey, whatever floats Tucker's boat, its just not something I don't see on a regular basis here. I suspect he wore sneakers to the trappers convention...

P.S. I hope Carlson does a story on trapping. That would be cool. Will it change the ideological war we are in? No, but it will probably make us all feel better.

PCFed, I understand ! I too , get paid for my observations and how I see things... patterns of behaviour . It's a good thing for everyone to gain discernment in practicing. Most trappers to varied extents do the same in observing the critters they target.

I have seen him wear those loafers many times. Even when he interviewed people in Hungary , or elsewhere overseas.

I believe since his schedule involves changing often for shows, many in a single day, his own, on a few different channels , as well as interviews in other places, those shoes have become easy to slide out of , on the go.

Tucker drove an ‘87 square body Chevy to Neil’s, and backed it up a bank in the weeds out with the tailgaters. He far more friendly and more personable that I would have guessed with his celebrity status.

CD, that is consistent with what I've noticed, too.

When I see clips of himself in other countries, he is always wonderful in fitting in with the local people and having fun.

When Kid Rock invited him to his estate for a tour, Tucker was the finest guest, totally into the all American , Second A , etc., subjects Kid showed him, having the time of his life on that extensive shooting range. They got along famously.

No doubt, dealing with all types of people has honed his discernment over time, and he knows how to enjoy the people he sees that he has things in common .

This is the way I expected Tucker to roll. Tune in next week when charles has pictures of HIS favorite journalist doing something outdoorsie.

Tucker occasionally slips in something personal. I have heard him mention trapping a couple times, where he said that trapping is an important tool for animal management.

I wear penny loafers and have for about 50 years. Nothing wrong with having some class. Wanna make something of it?

Wow, I was surprised and impressed to see him at such an event. Awesome!

On another note, I own a pair of penny loafers too but have never worn them due to the fact that I am too poor to have that penny to put in that little slot in the shoe.

Tucker has said the his father made sure that he and his brother had a .22 rifle and a shotgun at very early ages.

He said on air that he would be comfortable with trappers.

His attitude and comments about guns are the most supportive in the media.

You guys should of asked him if he ever frequents Trapperman. If not should of invited him.
