Heller decision.... So..... no. Not that he won't try but as long as we have the SCOTUS and the decisions are not reversed, they don't have a constitutional leg to stand on. This is all hyperbole because of the mid-terms. They need to try and accomplish something to appeal to their Communist base. I BELIEVE IN MY GOD, MY COUNTRY AND IN MYSELF.
