Welp, reckon when it rains it pours… apparently I’ve got a slipped disc in my neck,, funny thing is,,, I don’t know how I even did it,,,, doc said 90 percent probability it’ll heal on its own,,, just got to ride it out for a few weeks. Makes ya realize how tough our ancestors were,,, they didn’t have the luxury of being able to rest until stuff healed.

Slipped discs happen for no reason all the time. My brother bent over to pick up a wrench, slipped a disc. I lost my balance on ice for a half a second, slipped a disc. His healed on its own. Mine however stil gives me a hard time 5 years later. Standing/walking for long periods of time is excruciating

I'm sorry, sore neck or back is the worst.
