Insane amount this year. Been hunting in oaks for 45 years and never seen the amount they have produced this year.

Only dropping a few around here. Utilize the bounty.

Only issue when that happens down here is the deer don’t have to move anywhere. They’ll hole up near a tree and eat then bed, eat then bed. If you only have one good tree dropping you’re good. But when they all drop it’s a crap shoot.

I typically don't start hunting till late Oct so most back in the woods will be cleaned up by then.

Seems like a poor mast crop here, deer should move well.

Gypsy moths were bad this year. Very few acorns.
