I was in the barn feeding when I looked out the open barn door slider and see a string of horizontal lights hanging in the sky not moving not falling just there. Like a falling star not falling and staying lite up. After 15 to 30 seconds it seemed to move north slowly then dissipated.

My 12 year old was with me or I would have thought I was nuts.

Got home and Google old articles were space x satellite articles. Ik they looked similar but seemed dimmer, moved faster and in more vertical movement. But I'm sure that what I saw.

Unless it aliens or government secrets lol. .

Sure had me slacked jaw dumb founded looking at the sky. I dropped the hay and didn't even know it.. now I can't make fun of how primitive people reacted to explorers with more advanced technology.

I was once walking from a deer stand back to the farm house when I saw a cluster of 3 lights move very rapidly across a good portion of the dark sky. This was well before all the current drone technology. Looked at the 3 lights for a long while, seemed distant, but close enough I could make out distinct color, red, blue and green. Called my Uncle to have him look outside to confirm he could see the lights and he said he could. They seemed to be stationary for a long time after that, the following night I could not relocate them in the sky. Have no idea what it was.

Wife and I are camping and fishing on the Missouri River and saw the same lights tonight. These ones were moving the speed of satellites but crazy long. Both of us said we’ve never seen anything like it.

I lived in Dayton near Wright Patterson Airforce Base and frequently saw small lighted Aircraft, most likely drones, behaving like that. The speed of which they were capable of moving and their ability to stop and remain motionless were remarkable.

Many many years ago, I was dumbfounded to see multi colored lights moving acros the sky at night. I pulled over and watched them for a good 20 minutes. Turned out to be an old bi plane with a light aray that said 7 up. What a let down! LOL

I called the wife she was down at the house but didn't make it up the hill to the field so she could get past the trees before they were gone. I was slow to think about taking pictures video and making calls
When I did think about it I tried to do all at once and if didn't work out very well.

Just after sun set you can sometimes see the international space stations solar panel array reflect the last of the sunlight and those things are quite bright in the right angle and atmospheric conditions.
