If you sell at auction try to ship, batches of fur, on a regular basis. The auction facilities have proper storage facilities. Last edited by bctomcat; 10/19/22 01:01 PM. Dirt trapper D Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 11,204 Armpit, ak	I'd check with somebody local. Even here, humidity can be a problem during a thaw and I'm a bit north of you. Most times it is below freezing the entire season, I doubt that is your situation. Who is John Galt?

Stretched and dried fur should be kept in a freezer until shipping.Especially pelts kept over the summer.If left out the bugs will eat them and mice and other vermin can damage them. Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.
