But can you find .35 Rem ammo near you for less than $100 a box?

Portman we have no problem with ammo in Canada. I hear all the hoops on here about ammo I can source just about anything but can't ship to America. No joke.

Well at least she has new tires and rims to head down the road on.....

In all seriousness not knowing your system of communication with your wife regarding finances or your financial situation she may be justified in being hurt and just not handled it well
For example having just spent sp much maybe she feels it was not a good time to spend more. Or maybe she just feels like she should be informed and involved in a discussion before large purchases are made.

Try not to get offended by her actions. Take a breath then when you can talk calmly have a discussion. Try to see why she felt wronged and why. Try hard to not interrupt or interject. Don't respond instantly but give yourself time to think about what she said. When you do respond do it with love and kindness and not hostial.

Calmly explain your thoughts and reasoning. Apologize for not discussing it with her before hand.even if you don't think it's nessary or you should have to.

She is your wife and needs to feel valued and respected as much or more so than you.

Providence she is my second wife and my sole mate. She is by far the most amazing and beautiful woman in the world and I am very proud to have met her. We found each other at a house party about 27 years ago I took one look at her and told my friend I was going to marry her. The rest is history. She has a good point in being mad about the gun but she knows how much I miss the old one and understands.

I'm glad she understands because my ex FIL had one and I agree, as brush guns go it was sweet!

I still have my Marlin 336 .35 Rem. I bought it new in 1978 $149.00 brand new! Switched to LeverEvolution ammo 3 years ago. Took some resighting, but I'm happy with it out to 200 yards now, but in my woods a long shot would be 70 yards. It has fed me well over the years.

Great to hear. Often it takes me a few days to realize what I could have done better and different to have made things go smother. Without fail even though it may have been something she had done to make me irritated if I look back far enough there is something I could have done or I didn't do that would have made the issue not an issue at all. It's darn hard to do that for me though. Much easier to get irritated an lay blaim else where.

One example where I failed was getting mad at her for not keeping up with finance like I asked her and communicating them with me. Well guess what if I was not happy with how she was handing them I could easly and should have taken care of them myself. Naturally I felt like I shouldn't have to and she could Handel it sined she has more time and more into tec banking ect....
But at the end of the day finances are not something she is good with never has been and never will be. So I set her up to fail. Her parents were never good influence either so she never learned how to budget or plan and save.

If I want it done my way I have to take care. if it. Works out much better that way
