GREENCOUNTYPETE trapper G Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 18,678 Green County Wisconsin	I am mostly 308 with a 30-06 around the only thing different for my 30-06 is the brass , because I do reload I use the same powder, primer and bullets in both. your right that there is basically nothing special about 308 , just and available work horse of a meat maker. America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
