We would have the Senate and more House seats if we had run better candidates.
It was a nationwide problem but we could not have made more stupid choices in some races. See Oz and Walker. Since you're local to Georgia name a better candidate. With solid conservative credentials and name recognition that is trustworthy and not compromised to the swamp. Get back to me when you find one. Easy. There are millions of Republicans in Georgia. Start by finding one with an IQ over 80 and who hasn't impregnated a bunch of baby mommas. Or would that be too difficult?

Did anyone notice that before bed last night there was a red wave and 34 seats were being crushed by republicans and then wake up in the morning and they are all within a half a point ? and of course, the mail in votes will push the democrats over the edge in the next few days. Did you notice that at the beginning of the first east coast returns that came in all favored democrats? I was watching NewsMax and they said the mail in ballots were counted first. They said they expected it would favor the democrats. Why is it taken for granted that these mail in ballots would favor democrats?

The fight is in the urban setting. But. They haven’t suffered enough. Maybe in 2 more yrs. Maybe another 4yrs. People still have too much money. Give it time. It will change. When Joe and his cronies start reaching into private retirement accounts. Then. Maybe then people will wake up. Remember vote early. Vote often come next election time Just how much pain will it require for the urbanites to wake up? They won’t experience anything close to what you are thinking because of the relief that will be doled out.

It's the mindset of most of our country.
The old days most folks were embarrassed to take a hand out. Today not so much. Until you can convince those who are taking it and not need it to stop, we will continue down the same path of destruction.

Early voting and mail in provides an ample time frame for groups to beat the bushes routing the winos and dopers into registering and "voting", paying visits to the grandmas in the nursing homes, hitting up the apartments complexes of immigrants, etc.
There should be ONE election day and absentee ONLY with strict qualification. If voting is that sacred and important the voter will make the time to show up. Yes. And voter ID should be a must.

Much of America is hooked on a highly addictive drug called socialism. The only way to fix it is to hit rock bottom and start over. It's not just a Republican or Democrat issue.
How many people on this forum accept some form of government handout whether it be welfare, disability, or health insurance, but don't really need it? I have friends who claim to be die hard conservatives who are on 100% disability, yet they hunt, fish, or trap almost every day. Some know they are taking advantage of the system and some of them have justified it in their own mind. When the reality is they could work but may not make as much as they do off the government dole.
I see people in wheelchairs working all the time. I have much respect for them. The point I'm making is that we are not in the situation we're in right now because of fraudulent polling or worthless politicians. It's the mindset of most of our country.

Ol dad My wife watches Judge Judy a lot. She has told me I'd be amazed at the number of people who are on disability that appear on that show. Judge will ask them where they work? They say they are unemployed. She asks how do they support themselves? They say they are on disability, either SS or work related work comp. They say the government pays for their needs. She tells them that it's her money they are getting. Some of them are too stupid to know what she means. I watched one show where a 7 year old boy was on SS disability. Judy asked why he was on SS? The mother said because he suffers from depression! Judge's response was, "Only in America".

Help me through this.....GOP currently holds 48 seats. Win Alaska and Nevada, that makes 50. Georgia goes to a runoff and the libertarians vote for Walker, that makes 51? I think most (maybe not all) sources have "called" Alaska as Republican, although unsure which Republican candidate. As it stands now, Republicans have 49 seats and Democrats have 48. The uncalled races are Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia. R is leading in NV, D in Arizona. If NV gets called Republican, and Arizona gets called Democrat, that will make it comes down to 50R-49D At this point in seems impossible for the Dems to control the Senate outright, but with Kamala's tie breaking vote they would still have control if GA goes Democrat. If GA goes Republican, we'll have control of both houses. That said, this is all eerily similar to 2020 and you remember what happened then, right? Don't be shocked if GA doesn't come up with 0.49% more Dem votes before they declare a runoff.

Easy. There are millions of Republicans in Georgia. Start by finding one with an IQ over 80 and who hasn't impregnated a bunch of baby mommas. Or would that be too difficult? Strange how those women suddenly disappeared. It's as if they were lying or they were plants. But we should never consider such a suggestion without proof, should we counselor? Good grief.

Last night FOX was posting a lot of surveys. One of them asked if the immigrants coming here were good for the country or bad. Amazing that around 50% said good, while 46% said not good. I think the rest were undecided.

Liberals feel as they do and nothing changes their vote. They stick together. Period. Independents are unstable and have no set parameters they believe in. Conservatives do really weird stuff. Take Ga. Kemp wins easily. Walker trails. Why? Look at the vote totals. Less votes for the Senate race. Why? Voters for Kemp left the Senate race blank. I saw some voters stating they didn’t know if they liked Walker or not so left it blank. How can a voter be that ridiculous as to do that? And as for a “poor” candidate like Oz, so what?? If you are a conservative you must vote for a candidate that may be less than you hoped!! Here in WV we are RED! I believe of all State Senate and House representatives there are only 12 Dems. Super majority!! Or we could expect decent candidates. I don't like dems but I'm not voting for clowns just because they belong to the republican party.
