beaverpeeler trapper Joined: Dec 2006 Oregon	General trapping season begins Nov 15th. (Marten Nov 1st) Cats Dec 1st. For the last may years I haven't started until January. But with the exciting prices projected for this year will likely start in December. My fear of moving stairs is escalating!

Boco trapper B Joined: Aug 2011 james bay frontierOnt.	Our fur seasons start sept 1 and run til june 15. I never follow that. Some seasons are open year round in S Ont. Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

wytex trapper Joined: Feb 2020 Wyoming	Starting Thanksgiving week this year. Coyotes will get the emphasis now but a few bobcat sets to see how they look. Cold this past 2 weeks should help with priming up some fur. No snow yet so we like that. New Wild river pan covers on our MB 550s and nasty drags from Strained Chains trap mods.

Hunter 1 trapper H Joined: Mar 2010 Province of Ontario, Canada	No point starting early if fur has no value. Late November early December for me and some years mid- December...just got a nuisance raccoon and pelt is still blue...so there is no point starting early.
