I ordered 300 rounds from these guys on Nov 10. My CC was immediately charged and I got a confirmation Email that said I would be notified when it shipped.

Nov 19 I messaged them on their website asking why my order had not shipped. Nov21 I tried calling. Got voice mail. I left a message. They also had a number for texts. So I texted them. I said if I had not heard from them by the end of the day I was going to report it as fraud. That afternoon 5pm EST still no response. So I called my CC company and reported the problem. I told them to shut down my card #. Send a replacement. All other charges showing were valid.

Within 15 minutes of doing that I got a text from Bestow training group. ( part of Ranch House Rustics company) telling me the ammo would ship soon. I replied don't bother your not getting paid. Said they would try and remove the shipment.

So Dec 1 I get an email telling me it had shipped. 3 weeks after I ordered and 10 days after I told them not to ship. Meanwhile I ordered ammo from Palmetto state and had received it.

I thought about it awhile and kept the ammo that arrived yesterday. I decided if it showed up on my CC statement I would just pay it. I left a review on ammoseek about the horrible service.

So I just checked my Email and found this. So anyway they are not crooks. They made it right and then some. I have to wonder about their lack of communication though.



I see contact is a gmail address. I think they never see or package orders. The company has a MD address but the ammo shipped from Arlington TX.

The above business is located on the Upper Eastern Shore of Maryland, near the Bay Bridge...it appears to be a cottage industry run by a couple of females...there is no indication on their website that they are a purveyor of firearms or ammunition.

Update: bestowtraininggroup.com appears to be associated with the Rustic Ranch business.

Glad you got your ammo...still makes me wonder.

Got to be very careful ordering ammo these days. With the ammo shortages and high demand there's a lot of fraud going on. I always research the company before ordering if ove never ordered from them before. Glad you didn't get cheated Danny.
