last time i got drug tested was at the local hospital. first thing she said was empty your pockets. I had to take my gun out to my truck. i could have said no but they would have trespassed me and i needed to get it done.

before you could legally carry anywhere i would sometimes take a load to a penitentiary. i just told the gaurd at the gate i had a gun before i drove in. they always locked it in a locker then gave me the key. was never a big deal. i think it became more of a big deal when it started becoming legal again.

If you are driving and any other time, you want it on you. I know of two people, one was getting gas and beat close to death and his gun was in his truck. The other guy and his team member was shot 50 yards from his car. If you are in your car while driving or not, your primary weapon can be in the car and your handgun should always be on your person. If someone slams into your car or you have to get out in a hurry, it's on you.
