So been moving away from veggie oil in my cooking at been sticking with natural fats ,butter and recently I made some gumbo with actual lard. And I'll tell ya I've noticed something interesting. I've been waking up feeling , like I'm well oiled , is the only way I can say it. Like my joint and arthritis ain't bothering me as bad . Well was curious and called my buddy who's place I was cooking at ( I basically get kidnapped and they let me cook at their place lol) and who had a few bowls worth and asked him how hed been feeling after he ate it. And he said he's been feeling a lot more limber and less achy as well. I know I've had similar effects from home made bone broth and stock.
Anyone else experience this ?

You are what you eat,so the saying goes. I know for sure when I am eating bearmeat a couple times a week,I feel a lot stronger and vigorous.
Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

I'm a firm believer in using hocks and homemade stock using whole chickens/bones as the collagen in the joints is the same collagen we need in our joints, especially as we get older. I wholeheartedly agree. Keith

Anyone else experience this ? Seed oils are extremely inflammatory to joints. Same goes for most legumes (beans).

(Think Asian male or soyboy) Plants protect their seed with a coating with a natural insecticide to discourage bugs from eating them, vegatble skins and seeds have them too. when humans try to eat them they are slowly poison themselves and have symptoms like joint pain bloating and leaky gut and they are very high carb too, makes humans fat, just what we dont need. If a person quits eating just grains they will lose alot of weight and become fairly healthy even if no exercise, or other eating habits were changed. They are that bad.

Seed oils aren’t vegetables. Only use olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, butter, lard or bacon drippings. https://youtu.be/rQmqVVmMB3k

Clear enough? If you can't wrap your head around that, just do a quick search on seed oils and vegetable oils. Same things on both lists... except for olive oil.
