Mr. Sevin definitely used #11s with a center swivel in the base plate, but I would go with what AirportTrapper said. If you use cables, they are the way to go, otherwise consider the #11s.

The Ace is and was a huge reason why NY has many privileges even with a rock solid Democratic legislature. I agree that there seems to be an issue with the NYSTA, I have reached out several times with no response which is unfortunate. Do you know the main DEC biologist over there? I don't know many people in the beautiful rolling hills of Western NY, but if you find out their name I will do some smelling around for you.

No,Reintroduction was a huge success for everyone but the fish,frogs,crayfish,salamanders,mussels,muskrats,turtles,ducks and geese.
