Gross. One more thing to worry about Tatiana! 100% of the wolves I've skinned are infested with dog lice (at least I think that's what they are). They all get a good spray-down and wrapped in a tarp for a bit. When they're unrolled this is what they look like ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2022/12/full-17479-162586-screenshot_20221227_100730.png) Truly a sad situation Z. In Alaska loose dogs infested the wolves in some areas.. A real shame. The only kinda good thing is that the wolves lose so much fur it does not appear they can survive really cold temperatures. Nasty. So the spread seems to be somewhat limited. https://trapperman.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/6745881/coyote-lice

I need to stop clicking on this thread. The human body is crawling with tiny gross looking insects-commonly called dust mites. They live on tiny dead flakes of skin. They say a pillow can be home to millions of them. Think of that tonight Sharon when you go to bed, lol.

Both of you fine Canadian gentlemen, are, full of it. Full . Of. It .... Boco, I beat those horrible things decades ago in the materials I use against them. My pillows are clean and free of BUGS....period. N50, I well know what horses can carry, and all the ones I've had control over, are squeaky clean ! Besides. The bugs that like horses don't like us, overwhelmingly. Even so. I kill them all. Y'all need to frost scrape some skins now. And know this redhead sleeps FINE with no mites, fleas, ticks, scorpions, pinworms, or any such varmints ! Period !

But if you feel a little itch at night well you know its just nature, lol Actually a lot of the bugs that live on the human body are actually beneficial little beasties.
