10 pounds of beaver meat
9 pounds of venison
6 pounds of beef
High temp cheddar

Wow, turned out awesome.

I took the meat to a local butcher and after seeing the consistency of the beaver meat he suggested adding beaf to help firm up the sticks. Beaver meat has the consistency of goose and duck.
