Our girls were laying for a few days then quit. I had a bunch frozen up from 18 months ago. They were really putting out so I froze them not knowing if they would be any good or not, I told my wife I could always feed them to the dogs. I froze some scrambled and some without breaking the yellows. I scrambled four at a time and froze in a small round bowel then took them out and wrapped in saran wrap and added to gallon freezer bags as I got them. Don't take up much room. I like the scrambled ones better than those without the yellows broke but not much difference.

I freeze-dried 20 dozen before they went up but I haven't dipped into them yet.

Have you seen what heavy whipping cream is going for? $7.99 a quart! When it was $4 a quart I thought it was pricey.

Time for more people to go back to producing our own food.

I noticed they hiked the price through the roof for the Holidays on the Heavy Cream.Back down a bit now.Bought 2 quarts today at like $4.69 a quart. Not that its a deal.I use it to make my homemade butter and whipped cream.

Local convenience store I stopped at today said they had to raise the price of eggs to just over $5/dozen this morning. Even they where flabbergasted.

Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.
