Still have carhartt bibs but rarely break them out anymore since aquiring Wrangler fleece lined jeans. They are remarkably warm and long lasting.

Yeah long John's for me I have a pair of cathart bibs but like buddy said I got a pair of those insulated pants an just use them

Wool pants and johns my entire life from a kid to present day. Never owned a Carhart anything like that.

I pretty much live in thinsulate lined jeans all winter. Wrangler being my favorite. I did buy a Fleet Farm store brand pair that is roomy enough to get long underwear on underneath, that is nice for cold weather hunting. For really cold weather hunting, I'll put bibs over that.

For snow removal (riding a lawn tractor), I'll often throw bibs on over whatever I am wearing.

When I lived in Wisconsin we all used Carhart Bibs and Jackets over Long Johns and Rabbit hunted all winter in all weather.
