looks like some floor joists are in the home owners future that was my first thought , after why would someone let a bear stay under their porch , must be a vacation home destruction ,
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

looks like some floor joists are in the home owners future that was my first thought , after why would someone let a bear stay under their porch , must be a vacation home destruction , It probably is. It's in the pocono's. A lot of those people up there are bunny-huggers. So it isn't too much of a problem for them. We had one den under my FIL's camp for a few years. The only way we even found out it was there was it went to bed right under where the wood burner was, and after the second night at deer camp we heard it moving around trying to get away from it. It was neat to lie there at night and listen to it snore.

She's awake right now. Got an itchy nose.
She's definitely got a cub in there. You can here it chattering and whining.

One thing I'd never thought about before watching the video below the webcam, they feed the cubs milk for three months without ever drinking water. Amazing

Same with my wife. She was watching last night when the sow picked up the cub and moved it closer. She told me but by the time I got to look the sow was sleeping again.

I also sent the link to my 13-year-old granddaughter, she and I like to watch the PGC's Elk Cam and she told me she checks in on the bears regularly.
