I kept this article for 30 years and figured I'd share it with you guys.

Background: Opening Day of Trout Season
Brookhaven, PA is real close to Philadelphia, I fished this creek a couple times and always bolted after a couple hours due to the high pressure and antics from the city folks ( booze, cursing, littering ect...) When I say pressure, it is elbow to elbow.

The scene must have been total chaos with this otter attacking fisherman! Another reason to carry concealed. Would have loved to see video of folks running away from this ottter smile

Are they sure it was rabid? Otter will fight you for trout. Trout makes em big and fat, though...and a lot easier to flesh smile
