Yes, I got one on a youth draw hunt with the boys the last week of Oct. It's finally no longer red and looks healed but still hard and could be pulled off like a scab.
I just checked it's no longer able to peel off. It's still dark purplish and looks like a fresh scar.

Don't mess around. Take yourself and any pic's you have and go to the Dr. Get on Doxycycline. tic viruses can sit dormant for long periods before they show up. 2X Don't mess with this. Go to a specialist and have it checked out. Lyme and associated goodies are not to be fooled with.

I would get checked for Lymes disease. Look at the marks they leave on otter after biting them after you flesh them. Not good.

Go to the clinic, the doc will freeze it,excise it and put a couple stitches in it,then he will send the excised tissue away for testing. 5 minutes in the doc office.

I can have a tick in me for minutes and it will start to itch, once removed it will still itch on and off for weeks, many weeks, especially if it rubs on something.... My legs are scarred with tick bites, even after healing.
I've tried antihistamine creams, picking it open and re cleaning it, ignoring it, and it's always the same, itching for weeks.
