martentrapper trapper M Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 3,550 Moved to Fbks, Ak.	That's an awesome wolverine set. I'll remember that one. Is there 2 traps on that wolverine? Joe Mattie had a foothold set where you put a couple coni's at the end of the animals reach after getting caught in the foothold. Brush was piled to each side of the coni. The idea was the wolverine would stick his head in a coni during his plunging to get out of the trap. Agree with the rest, awesome season.

One on a front foot and one on a rear foot plus one of those is stuck in the third trap. All of them are #3 Bridgers. The extra conis around a set are a great idea. You could do the same with snares.
