Seems to me like private owned should have the freedom to decide who they want to do business with. Government should not have those options but private is private. Those original court decisions were an attempt to end racism. I believe racism has gotten some better because people are just smarter. Now it seems government wants us hating each other again and is saying those old anti discrimination cases apply to the elemenohpees. Plenty of bakeries in Denver but its obvious, to me at least, this poor mentally ill person wants to push things again. Some people just need to be the center of attention I guess.

Wonder if he would sell me a cake if I tell him I do not believe? Next time I am in Denver i will find out. I will let you know what happens. (I wont call a reporter. I really do support his right to sell a cake to whom he chooses)
I just wonder if his religion prevents him from serving all heathens or just elemenohpees.

Live and let live has always been, and will always be... a lie. We're all in this together and to say otherwise is a fool's errand.

Mark, rule by clergy, no matter the religion, has in the past been a blood bath.

I agree danny because the person when a person says they speak for a god, any god, they themselves have become their own god. The God of the Bible doesn't need anyone speaking for Him. He tried the judges, and kings, and prophets and there will be no more "speakers" since the Son came to earth and said it all. The Speaker came and will come again.
Yet some will still say they speak for God? Small "g"... as in "Hail Caesar!"

Aside from speech wouldn't this fall afoul of prohibitions against involuntary servitude? Can I demand labor just by walking in the door of a business that serves the public? Is the business owner obligated to labor at my specific command as long as I pay his fee?
What if I want a halal butcher to cut up a pig? A doctor to amputate healthy limbs? A politician to tell the truth?

I just wonder if his religion prevents him from serving all heathens or just elemenohpees. He would sell you a cake, unless you want him to put something like "God is a sky fairy" on it. He serves the alphabet crowd. He just refused to be a part of their "wedding" because it violated his beliefs.

He was already found to have the right to refuse on his beliefs. It was not that hard to see that they are just trying to drive him Bankrupt!!! He has his beliefs and does not believe that Gods choice does not need to be altered. Remember that God spoke that he would turn his back on a place where Man would lay with Man and Women with women and the Baker stood and is still standing by his religion and he has that right!! This is not a Communist Nation ..... YET!!! Until the Demonrats and WOKE Libturds take over it will not be!!!
God please keep they 19 fallen UBB miners out of trouble up there.
