I own 116 acres in WV. I have owned it for over 20 years. I have Horses as well and my wife shows her Rocky Mountain Tennessee Walker. Now this Libturd woman from KKKalifornia bought a place beside of us. She has a One Acre lot and tried to tell me that she has adopted a HOA and the rules she wants will not allow Livestock. She alsomwants us to pay our share of Street Light both the Price of Powering them as well as the cost of Installations. Then when I told her how she is a LIAR and full of it and that she cannot adopt an HOA without EVERYONE agreeing and that it would have to be on our Deeds. Now she was arrested on Friday because she decided to clean her yard and threw all of the Debris and Tree Branches on my Fence letting our Horses out THEN tried to get my Buddy that lives on the other side of her to SHOOT my horses when they got out of the fence she destroyed!!! He even told the Police that she wanted him to shoot them. If she was at all intelligent she would have noticed that we have Cameras on the fences to keep an eye on our Horses. She actually is on Camera piling Branches on the fence and then standing on the fence riding it down. What kind of a Libturd City Slicker moves to a new area and virtually tries to take over. Now wonders why nobody will have anything to do with her. Not only is she going to pay but she needs jail time as well!!!

She would be run out of this state.

Actually since she loves to be a POS we are building a Pig Pen right across the road from her Driveway. The friend of mine who she tried to get to shoot our Horses wants to keep one as well as my buddy from the mine who, lives in town. I will buy a couple myself to raise one to Butcher and then sell the other. I hope she enjoys the smell and the NOISE when they start squealing at feeding time!!! I sure hopes she enjoys the country life!!!

I'd trap you some possums everyday and keep one in a gunny sack. About 2am go to the part of your property closest to her house and let it out and blast it about 3 times with a shotgun. If she calls the cops you can just explain you had to shoot it because of the diseases they can spread to your horses, lol.

Get the hog feeders with the metal lids on the troughs, a couple a hogs will keep them bangin all night.

You have emotional distress from your neighbors harassments, the fact she is targeting your animals has caused you loss of sleep and mental anguish. Now you call a lawyer and find out how much your emotional distress and the attack on your livestock may be worth.

It must be in their life manual to do that. A few years back my late uncle had a dairy farm. This fool moves in directly across the road from the cattle pen. My uncle had to drive the road to get to one of his corn fields with the manure spreader. The new neighbor complained to him about the smell. Farm was there 60 years since my grandfather owned it. Can't fix stupid I guess.

I don't know WV but if that were Alabama a case could be made for felony destruction of property. $250 of intentional malicious damage is the threshold. And all felonies in Alabama start with ten year minimums.

Might want to look into what WV says.

I would think that the pasture next to her patch could do with some manure spreading to get the grass growing nice in the spring. At the current price of fertilizer manure is a very good option when spread thick enough See if you can get a few tankers of the stuff from a dairy farm near you
