Our land-based ICBM force total number of missiles (silos) is already known by by treaty. It used to be 1,054 for a long time (54 Titans, 550 Minuteman III, 450 Minuteman II) and then Minuteman II were retired by treaty (Titans were retired because they old and liquid fueled). Now the U.S. has 600 land-based ICBM-- 550 Minuteman III (Malmstrom, Minot, and Warren Air Force Bases) and 50 Peacekeepers also at Warren. Its not "rocket science" ...

Most likely a test of a future weapon delivery system for either bioweapon or dirty nuke.

Read an article this morning that said it had electric motors and propellers to steer it. Wonder why you cant see them in the pictures? Are the pictures photoshopped or was it just put in the jet stream and allowed to drift? Sure seems like we are being handed a lot of misinformation. Again.

I believe it was delayed because of what they considered a possible dangerous payload that could have been contained in that balloon .West coast prevailing wind would carry stuff far across the whole country

It had little sails hanging below it and could be turned like a sail boat to steer it like a rudder. Probably via satellites!!

Obviously President F M UP wanted the wreckage in the Ocean so they could not retrieve it as per his Bosses Orders which would be XI!!!
