eedup trapper E Joined: Oct 2008 Iowa,	I got a 3 day buyers license to purchase grey and skunk for a friend to tan if reasonably priced. Apparently if you have buyer license and also SELL something at this auction they automatically assume it's junk. Some days I'm too honest for my own good. Costs me money. I sleep good and look in mirror with no regrets but dang there's times it sux. Lesson learned.

bblwi trapper B Joined: Dec 2006 East-Central Wisconsin	Unless one is there to see the grading we don't know the quality of the dry versus the wet prices, but if quality is similar for roughly $2 I would put up any beaver or otter. Rat prices seem to be responding a bit. Seeing more 2.50 plus averages instead of the $1.75 averages. Bryce

Things mostly brought market value, unless you hit the bidding war at the two Arkansas sales the state auctions results posted are pretty much what buyers are willing to pay.

Maybe western cats will advance enough to push commercial cats higher. Plan to run a land line this upcoming season since the beaver population is low in my community at present.
