They are now owned by GreatStar Industrial USA along with other companies like Shop-Vac, Arrow Fastener, Pony and Jorgenson (clamps) and Goldblatt. SK tools are now made about 2 hours northwest of me in Williamsport PA along with their sister company Shop Vac. They are readily available through a variety of online sights including Amazon and the SK site.

I can't speak to the quality of their new stuff as I haven't worn out the first, forty year old, set yet.
