Thanks for all the kind words! 198#, so good Wilks scores! That to 220# seems to have some of the strongest lb for lb lifters. My oldest son always puts up big numbers, but poor Wilks, lol. Been a HW since HS comps and now a SHW. He goes back and forth between powerlifting and strong man comps,says strongman is more functional strength and it has helped his basic lifts, as far as increased stability. And our grocery bill really dropped when he moved out!!! Please tell your son congrats, I KNOW the effort, discipline, and determination it's taken him to get to this point! And his prime is still to come! CONGRATS!
