Parvo is deadly to pups, most adult dogs will survive. It is also deadly to most wolves and coyotes because the don't have the antibodies to fight it. I suspect there is a good chance those dogs were dumped in Montana with parvo in the hopes they would transmit it to the local wolves.

Since animals are people now, when will charges start being filed against "pet parents" for allowing their animals to run loose. A charge equivalent to endangerment of a child should be handed out to the owners since animals are people now.
