When you have 5 taking a shower in the evening, that 4th person is gonna run outa hot at some point and that 5th person is gonna be taking a cold shower. After about a week of them running out all the hot water I made them take cold showers, that’s when they learned about Navy showers. Get wet, turn off. Bathe, turn on and rinse.

But anyone who chooses to do it...............I don't know. I took a longer and warmer shower than usual just thinking about this thread, and I wasted no water in the process. It will all just percolate back into the aquifer, or cycle back to the atmosphere through evaporation or transpiration like it always does. It's called the water cycle.
