I would guess all of us who have responded, besides Dillrod, have never tried mink. I would try it and find out what it tastes like. If handled and cooked properly, at worst you'll have a bad taste in your mouth, for a second or two before you spit it out and rinse your mouth out. I know many people eat much worse things.

Worse than a mink? Otter, coyote maybe a badger? I’m not too picky with what I’ll eat, some might say my preference’s are a bit on the odd side. I like pigs feet, cold liver, sardines and I naw off the cartilage off of chicken bones. I suppose in a Armageddon setting and my neighbor’s are gone or dead I’d eat a mink grin

Even the People at the Soup Kitchens are getting sick when they hear this!!! I use Sardines to trap Mink. Skin the Mink, throw away the Mink carcass and eat the Sardines!!! Just my opinion!!!

I know a Menominee Indian in Wisconsin. He eats cats dogs and Skunks. I never heard of him eating a Mink. If I ever see him again I will ask. He always had Dog, Cats, and skunk hides draped across his Porch Rails. He told me it kept the Jehova Witnesses away. I wonder if that works???
