If it shows freezer burn in spots, lightly scrape the burned area off and it should be fine.

Some time ago I found a ribeye steak that slid down the side of the freezer.
It was dated 5 years ago and vacuum sealed. I wondered if it was good or not.
I had read that food properly sealed and kept at 0 degrees is good forever.

I thawed it out and cooked the steak, it tasted like I just bought it.
If it has been vacuum sealed and I find it I eat it now !

Thanks guys I think I'm going to pressure can all of it, and free up the space in the freezer.
