I don't know if they still do it but in Louisiana years ago I went to a Bar and they had Bowls of them on the Bar instead of Pretzels and Chips. It was good and I cleaned house on those things!!!

Hard to beat them done up right, right out of the boil where you have to dance them around in your mouth to keep from scalding your tongue. That batch still might scald your tongue when they cool off with ghost peppers. Y'all do know that food in not supposed to hurt, right?
