I wondered WHAT kind of person can watch this man who is supposed to represent our country laughing and JOKING when three 9 year olds were just slaughtered by what was likely one of his voters?

The answer to that question, I guess, is the people who were more upset that a mass murderer was "misgendered" than they were that SHE murdered 6 people, three of them children. And USA Today even more so.
